      i purchased a culver Kano electric wheel chair August 2023. it arrived and my husband put it together and charged the battery by plugging the charger they sent directly to the battery. The charger got misplaced, so I went to their website to order a replacement **** charger. the instructions say to charge the wheel chair by plugging the charger into the port on the joystick... my problem is there is not port on or near the joystick. the only place there seems to be able to plug into is the battery but the connections on the charger do not go into the battery. i have only used it twice, once for a short test drive when i first received it and to go to the doctor last week (my main reason for needing an electric chair). Now the battery is low and i have a 900 dollar door stop. I talked in messaging. he recommended i purchase a new charger that appears to be the same one i previously ordered. I need help

      I have attempted to contact the businedd by phone, text message and email. They do not respond to any of these. i need to get an electric wheelchair repaired and have asked for a phone number that will be answered in order to get parts. The compamy answered the phone once, but indicated it was the warehouse and could not help. They responded to a text message once and promised help, but failed to respond after that. There communication after sale is non-existant.

      Purchased a wheelchair from Culver and it arrived driving backwards. Because of this Ive only used it maybe four times and only to sit in. The bolts are now randomly coming off and the hand rests are sticking/wont lower. Theres been no damage to this chair. I reached out to the company to solve this issue with no resolution. Have complained to OAG and am awaiting response, I spent a lot of money on this chair and am devastated.

      We bought a Kano electric wheelchair from Culver mobility about the middle of last year for my mother. She passed away in the fall. My father now needs use of the chair - but we have misplaced the charging cord for the battery. I ordered a replacement cord from the company website - where we had also ordered the chair, but the wrong one was sent. I made numerous - and I mean numerous calls (often to a "too full mail box" message) to the company, as well as sending emails, asking for help with a return and also that the correct cord to be made available for our purchase. Weeks passed and I actually connected by phone with someone, who said I would receive a return label and be contacted by the tech team re: the correct cord. I was told I could text the number I had. So I did, sending pictures of the incorrect cord and the receptacle for the cord we needed for our chair. (Which, again, is less than one year out from purchase date) I have been texting and calling and emailing every other day since then, and have been given confirmation of the return and refund. But it has now been weeks, again, since I was told someone would contact us about the correct charging cord and they have not.

      I know I received the refund for the cord.
      I was told someone from their tech department would contact me because I need someone to help me figure out how I get a cord that actually charges the battery for the wheelchair that we bought less than a year ago. The manual we have doesnt have the same picture of the chair that we own.

      Purchased 3 wheelchairs from them and they did not come with the *** to DC adapter for charging the Cobra wheelchairs. We are unable to order one or get in contact by phone or email. We would like to purchase the adapters so we can charge the wheelchairs. We are unable to use them since we cannot charge them. We have left several emails and called several times. Mailbox is full. The adapter is so ********* cannot find anything compatible elsewhere.

      I ordered an electric chair for my father. It worked poorly. It would not hold a charge. I was able to get ahold of Culver Mobility once and they sent me a new battery pack. That did not resolve the problem. I contacted them for a shipping label and returned the chair. They have yet to refund my money. I cannot contact them by phone and their web-site contact form does not work.

      I ordered a wolf electric wheelchair from the CULVER company. The wheelchair arrived USED & DAMAGED. The outer box was not damaged. The chair has scratches & gouges all over it. The ************** are filthy, & what appears to be a motor for the controlling joystick, is caked with dust/dirt. The foam rubber pieces also have gouges in them. There may be more damage, I didnt take it out if the box. I contacted Amazon , since I ordered the chair through them. Amazon informed me the only options I had for resolution, were to return it for a refund, however refund would only be issued AFTER culver received the chair,& approved the refund. I was informed that amazon does not have a phone# to contact culver. The other option I was offered, I was offered an unnamed discount . I explained that I had ordered & paid for a NEW UNDAMMAGED chair. I explained it did not have time for refund, reorder. I explained this was a medically neccessary device. Amazon told me they would reach out to culver, but they have 48 hours to respond. I explained again, I need this today. I ordered this chair specifically because it would be here in time for my needs. I am going away for a few days. My families entire trip will now need to be canceled. I tried contacting culver directly. There isn't any phone # listed to contact them with. The only option on their website , is to "chat" with them. I was online in their "chat" room for more than 1/2 hour,made several ********************** no one ever responded. I am disabled without any means of mobility. My families vacation is now canceled,I am out alot of money for a useless paperweight, & the funds I've spent for a trip for my daughters 16th birthday, that my family can no longer enjoy. Culver knew they were sending me a damaged used product! Culver manufactures these chairs, they package these chairs, they ship these chairs. THEY NEW THEY WERE SENDING A USED& DAMAGED MEDICAL DEVICE! This was intentional.this was not damaged in shipping,

      On may 2023 I ordered a folding power wheel chair that had a remote control, all weather capable , and with 5 electric speeds.The arrived the first thing the remote control would not pair with the chair under any conditions , the web site was useless the phone number listed was non functional there support I was finally able to contact, tried everything they said non workable either, The wiring from the battery to the electric motors was open ,non sealed for all weather, after much finagling finally got a working phone spoke with someone they agreed to send me a return slip for federal express, they showed packed the chair put the shipping slip on and took it. The 5 5 had only 1speed, they culver was to refund my money through Affirm fianc which had financed the unit it has been 90 days now , affirm wants me to pay, with the promise of a full refund once everything was settled, Im 80 years 9 months. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I tried to upload my sent emails to them but this site wouldnt allow it Thank you ***************
