We have a mobile home in ******* where we stay in the winter months from January-April or May. We ordered a power wheelchair in March to our Florida address. Everything went find with the setup and we love the chair. In that same timeframe, another chair was delivered to our permanent home in **** that we didnt order. Since we werent in ****, we had no idea another wheelchair was delivered. When we got home in May, and saw what it was, we contacted Culver to have it picked up. Culver said they had no record that the chair was delivered but sent Federal express to pick it up. Now theyre saying they never received it at all. Doesnt make any since does it. Not only that, theyre charging our account monthly for something we dont have and never ordered. Talking to them is like hitting a brick wall, so had to dispute the charges with my bank. Now theyre sending me threatening emails and messages saying my account is delinquent. Very hard to communicate with anyone there because of poor English skills. Will never deal with them again.Review from Floria R

I purchased a Culver Mobility Wheelchair that I thought was perfect until it tipped back while going over a crack on the sidewalk. My husband was right behind me and was able to catch me before I hit the ground. It happened another time but we were being cautious while out doors so again I did not hit the ground. The third time I was indoors and a bathroom door at the store closed on me and this time I hit the back of my head on the floor. I lost consciousness and had to be taken to the hospital. I had a large goose egg on the back of my head. I tried calling the company several times without being able to find a working customer service phone number. I made several complaints though their website without getting any response. I ended up having to go through Walmart.com to file a complaint.Review from Robin R

My husband has ALS and we ordered this chair through Amazon. We got it in October, 2023. We used it 3 times with no trouble and then it suddenly would not work. After multiple attempts to connect with someone at Culver mobility we received a reply telling it was a faulty joystick and they sent out a new joystick. But it was the wrong joystick for this chair model. Amazon will not help us since it's beyond the 30 day return window and It's like Culver is nonexistent. We have emailed and left countless messages for 2 months. We are out $2000 for NOTHING! All we want is a working wheelchair. If you or a loved one need a wheelchair, please find a dealer you can trust.Review from JEANNIE P

"BUYER BE WARE"I purchased this wheelchair in October of 2023. I only got a chance to use it twice, then the battery would not keep a charge in November. I repeatedly tried numerous times to contact them thru there website and calling them direct. I finally was able to reach a person in November . This person promised me I would receive a new battery within a couple of weeks. Every month I would call to check the status of the wheelchair and was promised it was being shipped. We are now about to go into the mouth of March and I still HAVE NOT received a battery.I am disabled and on a limited income which I had to save in order to make this purchase and I no longer believe there will be a battery coming. From the complaints I have read they seem to be scaming the elderly and disabled. I have an wheelchair that I can not use. I had a very similar experience to both ***** and *****. My wheelchair is still in warranty and is not working. Ive been unable to get a hold of Culver via phone, email or chat. I purchased the chair from Amazon, and other than trying to get Culver to contact me, they have been no help either. Ive got a $1500.00 paperweight. Shame on Culver for selling products that do not work to the disabled community and for having zero customer service.Review from David H

The wheelchair arrived in a beat up box. Looks like a forklift punctured the box and bent the front right wheel frame. The wheel is very crooked and tilts sideways. The black cap that covers the bolts is missing. The left front wheel is straight and has a black plastic cap covering the bolt. I tried calling the number that is given multiple times and I never get an answer.( mailbox is full so I can not leave a message). I sent e- mail and no response at all. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Also there is No operation Manual or mentioned tool kit. The packaging inside the box was VERY sloppy and not supportive for the wheel chair. Also heavy scratches on the back of the wheelchair and all the tire treads were dirty like they were used.Review from ihsan t

Culver Mobility's customer service is non-existent. They do not respond to phone calls. When you message them from their website chat, they may provide a delayed generic response but never reach out to resolve the issue. I paid $1999 for a wheelchair that did not work. I ordered an additional joystick as I thought this was the problem. They sent me the wrong joystick for the chair I purchased. I returned the chair ($1999), joystick ($189), and a travel cover ($119) and requested a full refund. They did not refund my money, they have the products, and will not respond to calls, messages, or emails. I strongly suggest that you not try to do business with this company.
