      I've rented a van from "Airport Van Rental" - rental started on March 28, 2024.Immediately after the vehicle was picked up - I sent a picture of the fuel level we saw in the vehicle (which was 3/8).Upon return of the rental vehicle on Apr 03, 2024 - I sent one more picture of the fuel level which is the same as the fuel level at the time of pickup.Despite this - I was charged fuel surcharge of $193.56 This is unfair - and this should be refunded.The driver seat is broken - we couldn't move it to adjust as per the needs of all the authorized drivers. I demand refund of one authorized driver's fee to be refunded. Approximately $71.70 (+ any associated taxes)

      I rented a van from Airport Van Rental to be picked up near the ******************* Airport on **** at 7pm with a return date of 4.4. Along with the lock box combination I was provided2 phone numbers to call if there were any issues. My friend and I arrived at the parking lot at 5pm and found the lock box we had the number for next to a van we intended to rent. We were unable to open the box and began calling the numbers for assistance. We waited on the roof until about 7:45pm trying to open the box and trying to locate someone in the company who could assist ** with our problem. Wtih multiple phone calls and texts to the two numbers provided, phone calls to the company directly and many emails we had to leave without the van as it was getting dark on this empty parking structure. No one attempted any communication with me throughout the night and I finally called again the next day at approximately 11am. They told me they would elevate to their managers and check the lock box to see for themselves if it would work. I told them that my issue was the lack of service as well. They said someone would call me back. No one called me or wrote me until i called on 4.5. I once again connected to one of their representatives who said that they could not process and that they elevated to their manager ******. I never did hear from ****** but when I called back they said that the lock box worked and that they would not process a refund. Neither ****** or anyone with any decision power in the company called me back.- ever. After multiple emails and phone calls no one called me back. I received a receipt that only had a refund of $200 for no damage to a van that they did not provide me. I was however charged $697 and $397. Today is **** and no one has called me or discussed the situation with me - except for one customer service representative that simply told me there would be no refund. I'm still trying to reach anyone to discuss but no one will return my call.
