      I signed up for a kid's toy rental service in the fall of 2023. I never received the toy rentals, and the vendor continues to charge me $59.95 every three months. I have emailed them through their website numerous times and have never received a response. I've also called the number listed on their site but it's non-functional.My account shows that they shipped my toy rentals on 12/31/1969, which is obviously ridiculous. The vendor is completely non-responsive. I am writing to request a refund for the charges AND cancellation of my account.

      Service was initiated in 2019 at 19.99/month for 2 credits. Process was always slow so credits quickly piled up. During covid I personally lost track of the service, but in 2022 I wrote several emails trying to simply cancel with no refund but I received no response. Email system is closed to the site so there are no copies. I attempt to call for weeks on end when finally a credit for 100 dollars was issued. I thought that was the end of it. However, I just noticed that they have continued to charge me monthly and I am now up to 120 unused credits. I have again repeatedly tried to email and call to cancel with no result. The website would not let me cancel because the items I returned over year ago were not logged as such. Today, I chose to just purchase those items and cancel the account to end the madness.

      Toy Library (**********************************************) provides lego rentals. In July 2023, I subscribed to a monthly fee of $29.99 per month, however as of this day I have not received any legos in the mail. A pending shipping order was made on July 24, 2023 at 2:00AM but no further updates were made. I tried to cancel my subscription but I am unable to since the shipping label was created. I tried to call the phone number on the website and it is disconnected. I have also used the contact us form from the company's website three times to please cancel my subscription with no response from the company. I have also posted a toy review on the company website saying this is fraud to keep charging me and not letting me cancel my subscription due to the pending shipping label. Can you please help me in this matter? Thank you in advance for your help.

      I signed up for a yearly subscription with Toy Library specifically to use their Lego collection. I was sent 2 Lego sets that were missing so many pieces that they couldn't even be put them together. I returned these to the company. I attempted to cancel my subscription. I called several times only to get a busy signal every time. I've sent numerous emails all that have received no response. The company again charged my credit card on 9/15/22 for another yearly subscription. I have contacted them numerous times after my credit card was charged to request a refund & I have received no response. The Lego sets are not as advertised and missing so many pieces you cannot even build the sets. I'm very disappointed with the products & service of this company.

      I ordered a subscription on November 18, 2022. I paid for 12 months. It is now November 30 and while a shipping label was created, nothing else has happened. I emailed the company about a week later and no response. I've tried calling and only get a busy signal no matter day or night. I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund. It won't let me cancel because it states I have toys out even though they have yet to be shipped. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company but I need the company to cancel my account so it doesn't charge next year again.

      On June 14, 2022, I ordered 2 toys from **********. They sent me a tracking number letting me know that my order was shipped. However, the tracking number never gave updates and kept saying that the toys never left the company. 2 months passed and I couldn't cancel my subscription from ToyLibrary because I didn't return the toys (that I never received in the first place!). They charged me for another month even though I never received anything from them.       I have been charged on 3 separate occasions for this toy library subscription service, And I have not received any information or notices since January of 2022 . I contacted the company in February of 2022 asking for return labels to be shipped to me so I could return the toys, But receive no response or shipping labels in the mail. I assumed the company went out of business and didn't think much of it again. Today as I was checking my credit card statements I realized we had continued to be charged in February, may, and August, For $59. 95 each time. I cannot get a hold of the company and when I try to cancel online it tells me I cannot because I still have toys out from January. These are the toys they have refused to send me a return label for. I am asking for a full refund and cancelation of my subscription from this company. I no longer want my credit card information with them or on autopay.

      I paid for a one year membership to Toylibrary.co to provide a toy rental of 2 toys per month for 1 year. Cost was $149, which I paid on June 27. Received 1st set of toys mid July. USPS tracking number, **************************** shows the returned toys were delivered to Toylibrary's preprinted label's address on Aug. 6, but it has been weeks and their website still will not allow me to select the next set of toys. Multiple emails through their website 'contact us' link, and multiple emails replying to their confirmation of my membership have gotten no response. Their published phone number goes directly to 'user busy.' Surprised I got rooked by a legitimate looking online company.

      I signed up for my toy library account and selected my first two toys on 8/3/22. Today is 8/25/22 and I still have not received my toys. The shipping status says that **** is awaiting the item. I've called the company but I get a busy signal every time. I've tried email but I don't get a response.
