between the months of march 2023-november 2023, this pet care clinic was seeing my cat for respiratory issues. after spending ***** in total over the course of those 8 months, my cat was still sick. after my sister had a similar situation with over charging and her pet still being sick, she left a yelp review. that resulted in the owner calling her and bribing her to take her review down as well as one of the nursing assistants that i went to school with messaging me personally and becoming irate. I even had a family friends dog go there for a cut on the ear and the left the IV in the dogs leg when sending her home. they have shown countless times that they do not care about the well being of the animals and are simply ********** hungry. they need better training and policies in place to prevent these mishaps from happening again.

My 12years old female Yorkie named "Kcombee" stop eating for 2 days and heavy breathing on several hours before checked in(11/23/2023, Tue 2PM) at Silicon Valley Pet Clinic (**** ************** *********** **) she even walked around waiting room floor (25 minute waiting) so I can tell she is not a near death condition. Dr. took ******* to inside for checking and I had to stay at waiting room. about ********************************************* (with X-ray) what to do along with next appointment 7 dayes later but nurse signaled to Dr. and I followed to inside room and noticed that ******* died and not breathing at all. I can not convinced that result cause Dr was telling me to see 7 days later apparently Dr. himself wasn't expect this happen and He didn't explain me how he exercise his treatment and *******'s reaction .simply "business usual" kind of behavior to me. 4 antibiotic (furesamide/butorphanol/dexamethasone/convenia 10-20lbs) .Dr. didn't perform all 4 shot without telling me which one he did and mentioned me for some refund. *******'s life time Dr are 35 mile away and office closed when I could only find Silicon pet clinic at 8pm Monday evening and made Appo. next day Tuesday at 12:30, again My Kcombee was not an emergency condition otherwise I wouldn't wait next day.ever since , I am so much pain and so much in grief. I don't know how can I move on initial charge was $1004 later $260 refunded (Cremation with ash box given to me)(own strength to walk in to pet clinic 30 minute later death body came out?)

My dog was found by 2 strangers and took her in to the vet to see if she was chipped. She is not, due to her age. The vet called me about 1 hr after they took her to the vet. The vet informed me that they had her, and I needed to pay ******* in vet bills. I informed/asked them why didn't you call me once you got her before you started medical attention. At this point my dog has been missing for about 30-40 min. I told them I did not give you any authorization to do anything to my dog. 2:55pm (vet called me and said we have your dog) 3:06 pm (vet called me and said she will be ready to picked up in 1 hr) (bill has been paid for by the 2 people that found her. 3:00pm (vet calls the 2 people that found her and said the dog is ready to be picked up and no chip has been found and they need to pay this bill) 4:00pm (vet calls me and says they will call me when she is ready, but I had no idea that they gave my dog away already) 8:07 pm (I called the vet, no answer) 8:08 pm (I call the vet, and spoke to the vet.) he informed me that the other 2 people took her and that I need to talk to them to get her back. These 2 people that had my dog never gave him authorization to do any medical procedures. When I spoke to the Vet on the phone he started screaming at my saying that I need to kiss these 2 peoples a**es for finding my dog. Vet was so unprofessional and screaming at me for the next 8 min.
