Bought a watch on 5/11/2024 for Mothers day.Went to return on 5/18/2024 a week later in brand new condition complete with packaging, warranty and receipt. I was returning in good faith. This sales *****************, looked at the box and watch and says it has a scratch. I said that cant be I bought it brand new and was never worn. He suddenly started scratching the face of the watch with his thumb nail forcibly and repeatedly and then told me to look at it and that there is a scratch, I was appalled, I could not believe what he was doing and continued to rub the watch against his shirt and the continued to scratch it again using his nails. I asked him to stop doing that. And that he is causing damage to the watch. Then he said he can polish it to make the scratch go away. I said no. I said I came here drove almost 100 miles just to return the watch. ***** refused the refund.
