I financed a Talaria e-dirt bike in June 2023 and in the first 2 weeks the display went black and the front brakes went out. The bike has been in the shop approximately 3 weeks in the 2 months we have had it. They will no longer take my calls and I was referred to the owner ***** who works out if the shop in ******** who has yelled at me called me difficult and said he wont honor the warranty and has hung up on my son and me twice. I brought in the bike for the display going black and said the front brakes went out. They had the bike over a week and we were told it was ready. I asked why an estimate wasnt provided and why they did work without authorization!?! The initial repair was $326 on a brand new bike and that was more than my sons bike payment! I was never provided the warranty information nor a breakdown of the repairs. The display still does not work. We brought it back and they were unable to repair it. The brakes were repaired a second time. My son asked if the bike has a warranty. They said yes. They told him to contact the manufacturer about the display but they did all they could and the bike runs. The controller needs to be replaced. Its covered under warranty but its backordered. Its been 2 months. Its gone nowhere. They are saying that since Im difficult they wont honor the warranty.Initial Complaint

I bought two electric bike 12/17/2021 from Open Trails Ebikes of Santa Clarita a Aventon distributor. Both made noise from the rear hub ( wheel that encompasses the motor) We were told to keep riding them and bring them back in a month for a tune up. On 1/12/2022 we broght them by the the store and told the technician that the noise had gotten worse. He rode it around the parking lot and agreed it shouldn't sound like that. He took a video and submitted a claim to Aventon to get the OK to repair or replace the rear hub under warrenty. I have followed up multiple time with both Open Trails and Aventon's customer service. I was told as of 3/8/2022 that the claim was still under review and to contact the seller (open trails) and have then submit a follow up email to expidite the claim. Open trails wil not repair or replace the rear hub with out approval from Aventon. It has been 3 month since i purchased these bikes and still no resolution
