I went to Konekted Customs with ******** and ******************************* on August 21, 2020 and end up getting my car back not even half complete by feburary 22, 2023. The vehicle suppose to be fully complete and legally driveable according to our agreement for $4,000. I ended up paying the due amount and got not even half the work done and on top of that the worl that he did, had to be redone by another company because he didnt do it corrcctly at all. Parts had to be re-purchased because he lost alot of my parts in the 3 years he had my car. Damages where done to a brand new $8,500 paint job and i had to repay the painter another $7,500 to fix all the damages as well. i treid to reason with ******** and find a median where we can make an agreement but he basically told me to go s**** myself. I've left bad reviews on yelp and 3 other individuals contac *** me witht he same issues and concerns and told me to take him to small claims court as they did. A comoany like this should be able to able to be open for business and mess with peoples dreams and passions in cars. This man put me through emotininal and fincial distress after hwat he did and should pay for his mistakes.Initial Complaint

I took my vehicle to get some fabrication done at Konekted Kustoms. He asked for all the money up front for a three week job. I got multiple excuses on why my truck wasnt finished on time. Finally 4 months later he returned my vehicle in non driving conditions left a whole bunch of stuff loose. Had another shop inspect his work and I find out that he used incorrect parts and the work he did could have led to me causing a big accident. So I had to pay to get the work re done. He wont reply or answer my calls or messages. I gave him plenty of time and chances to correct the issues. I had broken welds on my 3 link and caused my whole differential to shift breaking my shocks and ruining my tires. The control arms be installed werent the correct fitment for the year of my vehicle and he ****** moused them to fit putting spacers which could have broken the brakes he installed where installed incorrectly. Water reservoir was left loose with no where to bolt down to. He left all my main harness cables dangling near my front tires. Truck air ride wouldnt lift right in the front due to the poor control arm installation. Front tie rods where rigged up and not doing correctly either. Alignment was really off.Initial Complaint

SO I HAVE SOME EXPENSIVE RIMS, FORGIATIOS. THIS GUY HAS BEEN FIXING MY RIMS FOR A LONG TIME AND HE NEVER SEALS THEM RIGHT ALWAYS CAUSES A LEAK AND MY RIM TO RIP THE **** WITH POOR WORK THAT HE DOES. BUT NEVERMIND THAT THIS LAST TIME I TOOK MY RIMS HE FIXED THEM AND HE LOST ONE OF THE ***** ON THE **** AND THE **** ENDED UP DELFATING ON ME AGAIN ON THE ***** I HAD TO PAY FOR ROAD SIDE & NOW I NEED HIM TO REPLACE THE **** THAT HE OR HIS WORKERS LOST AND HE HASNT BEEN REPLYING TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES. THE **** COST $100 the rims are $10,000 Rims. IVE PAID OVER $500 BUYING ****S CAUSE OF THIS GUY. IM NO LONGER TAKING MY SERVICE HERE I JUST WANT MY **** REPLACED ON MY WHEELBusiness response

Customer ********************************* contacted us once or twice and I apologize for not responding on time due to high amount of messages we received daily. Customer ********************************* has our phone number and location address, we wished he had called us or paid us a visit. I have forward this complaint letter to my warehouse manager ******** and he has contacted ******* since he's the one that worked on the customer's wheels. ******** contacted ********************** and he stopped by the shop and spoke with ******** in person. ******** has agreed to fix ************************** wheel and replace the bolt mission. **** has been ordered, wheel is in our possession and will be fixed as soon as bolt arrives. ********************** apologized for filing a complaint and advised us that he was going to contact BBB to dismiss the complaint. Everything has been handled from our end. It was just a case of miscommunication, we never had the intention to ignore ************************** request.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. IM SORRY I MADE THIS COMPLAINT BY ACCIDENT, I ENDED UP FINDING THE **** IN MY CAR IT WAS NEVER MISSING. I HAVE APOLOGIZED TO KONEKTEDCUSTOMS AND I APOLOGIZE TO THE BBB??
