04/23/2024 @5:00PM ************************************* Bellflower, Ca *****. *************. Bless Tires ************* ***************************.$1,200 Committed to provide: 225/40R18 92y. With tire balance and alignment. No other tire option or price discussed was offered I had to ask about it. When I asked about the size ******* claimed it will last longer. I searched it up and asked again and he admitted he was wrong and thinks one of his workers is high. ******* and his team change the tires again and put on 225/45/18 which still dont match the official Pirelli website and ******* guarantees they will last. I was refused the ones recommended on the website which were the 235/40R18 for a ***** Civic Sport 2019 and told the other ones were better. The price came out extra because I didnt use their Kafene lease program. It went from about $1,100 to $1,200. The place is unsanitary and unprofessional I will never go back and want my money back to replace the tires I got. I also never got my alignment or wheel balance just because they were pressuring me on how those were the right tires I just wanted to leave so I paid.Business response

Hello there
We have try to contact this customer but he doesn't answer and I called him from my personal cell phone and he hang up on me So like that it makes the situation harder to try to work out with customer So let him know that he needs to come to my shop and tell us what he wants to do Because yes we offer him what we have in stock its not an obligation to buy them Theres a lot of brands out there that anything could be recommend for his car if he wants Michelin then we can offer Michelin brand but not for the same price. My manager there is ***** he could help him out or speak to my husband *************************** he also works at this location Any questions let us know

I am rejecting this response because: They told me twice these were the right tires and they lied to me in person and when I asked about it they said I was wrong. I went on the official website and they didnt match up and ******* told me not to worry about it but theres clearly a gap between my rim and the tire. I dont want to continue business with them. They are unprofessional and also kept my rim lock which is $75 extra I have to buy. I dont want to visit them or have any contact with them.

If customers are complaining for whatever issue that they had with us we try to work it with them In this case we did nothing wrong other that offering our service to the customer We did not obligated him to buy at all whatsoever He is more than welcome to come and take his used wheel that he left behind We dont keep them We recycle what customers leave behind after 3-5 days and pay a fee to recycle so he likes to pick it up within next week then after that we are not responsible for itCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: I felt obligated to buy the tires ******* saw one tire bald and he told me they will all be like that and never showed me the rest of my tires. He insisted we change them all after he offered me tires that dont match my car twice and lied to my face saying they were the correct ones. Before I left ******* took me to his office and told me not to worry they were the right ones and showed me on his computer. I want my money back so I can replace the tires they gave me. He also kept my lock for my wheel which is an addition $75. I dont want to go back in fear of retaliation. ******* and his team are not professional and didnt seem legit. Right next door theres a marijuana dispensary and ******* even said his co worker was under the influence. I dont see why there still running a business if theyre lying and using drugs while on the job. This is frustrating because its been more than a month and nothing has happened. They stole my money and my tire lock. If they didnt have the right tires in the first place they shouldve told me instead of putting on two and telling me they match when they clearly dont. Its unsafe for my family to ride in and he knew that. Theres clearly a car seat in the back of my car and he continued to put the wrong tires. He shouldve sold me the right tires in the first place this is his profession theyre not new to this. Im not sure how many people theyve ripped off. All there reviews are bad.
