thanks for the opportunity to write. Dignity Health Marian Regional Medical Center accepts military Tri-West insurance. That is my insurance provider. Under contract with the Veteran's Administration the provider must accept assigned pymt as pymt in full. The contract further states the patient is not responsible financially for any part of the bill. The V.A. authorized and referred me to a private sector Nephrology. The error of MMC is billing me for va authorized Nephrology orders for blood and urine analysis which Tri-West authorizes as needed treatments to include imagery and blood and unine analysis. I'm being turned in by MMC for these services. Dignity Health staffs employees following "prompt payment" policy .. Sending good patients to collections is done without regard for credit harm. I view their policy "harassment" given simple checking would avoid doing so. ... I'm before a collection agency when I shouldn't be. We are all being degraded in our credit score and harassed because illegal immigrants are straining the system.Business response
