      I received way too many alerts from Snapchat. If a person sends a snap. One alert should be enough. If they send a long snap. I will be assaulted by alerts every few seconds. Its way too much. And once I open that snap, I continue getting alerts. This has increased since *** began voicing these complaints to Snapchat, **** I have began taking screenshots for proof.

My account was suspended after I accidentally posted a picture of my migraine medications, which are legal and prescribed in ******.       Ive attempted to delete my Snapchat account multiple times and each time I get a security alert saying I need to try again in ******************************************************************************************************* number to contact to I fix the issue. Ive tried finding a solution online and have seen that other people are having the same issue.

      My device was banned from accessing Snapchat. I received no explanation. I was told I had multiple terms of service violations, with no citation. The ban is a device ban; if I violated terms of service to have my device banned, but I can simply access the same account through another device that is not banned, the whole thing seems silly and pointless. Did I mention I was never told what terms I violated, and was given no recourse? I shouldnt have to purchase a new phone to access my account. I want my access restored immediately.

      I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recent lock and potential ban of my Snapchat account, which I was informed about on December 15, 2023. The reason provided was "drug-related content," specifically in reference to a picture on my private story featuring me holding cash earned from my completely nondrug-related ****** is crucial to highlight that the image in question contained no drugs whatsoever, and I want to emphasize that I neither engage in drug use nor have I ever been involved in any drug-related activities. Upon reviewing the community guidelines following the lock of my account, I could not find any explicit prohibition against posting pictures of money, especially on private stories with fewer than 20 recipients.While attempting to address this issue, I encountered information online suggesting that Snapchat may not consider or respond to appeals, causing considerable distress. It is disheartening to feel unsupported in a situation where I genuinely believe there has been a mistake or an unfair judgment.I value my Snapchat account, which I have maintained for many years without any prior issues or guideline violations. Losing access to it due to an alleged "drug-related" offense is both disconcerting and perplexing. I assure you that if posting pictures of money on my private story is not okay, I will refrain from doing so in the future. However, it is crucial to reiterate that this was not a "drug-related" breach or a violation of snapchats community guidelines in any regard.I am willing to provide any necessary evidence, including images and additional information, to substantiate my claim of innocence. I understand the importance of adhering to platform rules and respect the need for a fair review process.I kindly request a thorough review of my account and the associated stories to demonstrate that there was nothing drug-related about the content in question.

      I am another victim of having my account wrongfully locked. I have had the same Snapchat account since 07/2013 and suddenly on 09/29/2024 my account is locked. Ive never had any warnings, I didnt violate any ToCs or community guidelines. The only responses I receive mention using third party apps (which I never did) or participating in spammy/abusive behavior, which I most definitely did not do either. Snapchat support is a complete joke and they refuse to help, making people jump through hoops. According to people on Reddit, the only way some are able to get their accounts back is to constantly send emails to Snapchat support. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Nobody reviews the information I provide and its always just automated responses. Such a bad business practice.

      I had been using snapchat for years, and they wrongfully locked and banned my account with no warnings. I tried to contact the company many times, and they never directly responded to me or just sent me automated responses. They then told me multiple different reasons I got banned, which leads me to believe that I was wrongfully banned because I am old enough to have snapchat and I have never posted any drugs. This cost me money because I was a user of ********************** plus and I had to buy a whole new cellphone in order to be able to use snap again. I then wasn't even able to get the years of memories off of my account.

      My account was permanently banned for a violation that I had no clue about Im a traveling cosmologist and I use snap to promote my service maybe once a month I post publically to my snapchat for networking purposes so on the evening of September 29th I made a snap post trying to get to more clientele I thought nothing of it because I do it all the time with no warnings aabout violations or any of that my account was blocked September 30 with no warning or even a post to say was violation at all I just want my account back I live hotel to hotel because of what Im doing this is a huge bull of my revenue please help

      Snapchat banned my device wrongfully. I recently tried to log on to my Snapchat and was met with the log in screen rather than my account. When I tried to log in I was met with an SS06 error code, which supposedly means my device is banned. I know I havent done anything on my account to warrant the ban. In fact, I was able to log into the account on my desktop and the account itself wasnt even banned. From my understanding, Snapchat gives a device ban after multiple community guidelines infringements, which I havent done hence why my account isnt banned, so I dont understand how my device could be. I use Snapchat to get in contact with most people I know so this is been a major annoyance in my life. I tried submitting a complaint with Snapchat support but was basically given the cold shoulder and told nothing could be done, which is frustrating since its their mistake, not mine. I would like a resolution so that I could access my account again as this is completely unfair and ridiculous.

      I was banned on snapchat for supposed commercial sexual content but I have not done anything wrong whatsoever. I had nothing on my account that was related to sexual content and to use snapchat on my phone I need a new one which I do not like about this ban and it has also not just happened to me and I have proof in photos
