I made my first order September the 28th and the starter kit I got came with a mint pod that every time I took a puff the liquid would get in my mouth. I ordered a pack of pods of 2 differwnt flavors to see if it was just that pod or if it was the whole system that didnt work. my second order was on October 13th. With my second order I also got their other vape starter kit and I liked how it worked much better, no liquid would get in my mouth. On October 28th I requested a refund of the original starter kit and 2 packs of pods that I had bought (one of the packs were completely unopened). I sent the returns in and waited for a response from the company, none came so I reached out to them on November 15th to see the status of my return. From the beginning I could tell they didn't want to issue a refund, but I told them I just want to exchange the original starter kit(thunder) for another Surge starter kit(the second kind I bought) and to exchange the thunder pods pack for a couple / cost equivalent of the surge pods. I was given a $3 discount towards my next purchase. I returned $50 worth of product. I talked to the manager next and they said the same thing, I can not exchange for different products or get my money back. This seems very unfair to the consumer, since they were returning faulty products and the company took my returned products but only gave me a $3 discount code for my next purchase. I asked for my returned products back since they wouldn't exchange or refund and I was told no they were thrown away. So now I have no product and I'm out of that monet.
