Obviously a corroded shut off valve and hose bib in my mobile home I called Andy's place for me to replace the hose bib and shut off valve. The repair was $188.06 the issue I had with Andy's place Plumbing was that they did not follow proper Plumbing procedures when they initially got there they shut off the main and the water valves throughout the house we're also turned off. They took out the hose bib and shut off valve and replace it with new ones. Once that happened they went and turned on the valve main shut off valve and didn't open any lines which caused multiple areas underneath my mobile home to burst. It flooded my room and restroom with the leaks that were caused in the area. They were aware of what happened just smirked and walked away which was Dave who was helping me that day. They refused to come fix the problem that they created and cause multiple other problems throughout the mobile home drywall damage floor damage and repair to all lines underneath the mobile home at that point. I go to contact them and they just brushed me off. I was left with pretty much no water for about 2 months how many shut off and all the valve to be able to use the toilet or even take a shower Exelon able to afford to call somebody else to fix it which was Rusty's Plumbing. This happened December 21st 2020 and was not able to get who repairs made by another contractor until February 14th 2021. There actions cost me $3,900 worth of Rusty's Plumbing an additional cough with all the repairs that need to be made from the flooding they refused to even give me their business license number. I will be taking them to small claims court for this but wanted to take actions also with the b b bBusiness response

In regards to G***** ******, we were called by the Anacapa Mobile Park to fix main shut off only covered by park! She, G***** called the police when D**** ******* the plumber was attempting to replace ball valve ong. She was belligerent and angry at us and park! Her plumbing to her unit was her problem and the leaking so called pipes. We did as park requested. She was angry that we didn’t fix the trailer – we have had problems with Mrs. B*****. We did turn water back on. She is so wrong. The valves were replaced properly as requested by park was completed. We did not want to deal with Mrs. B*****, was obnoxious, when told we weren’t doing any work for her, she got livid. You can’t win, she is out of control. I have been in business 46 years! I back what we do, you may call Anacapa Park manager D**** *****.
