I have tried for weeks to get into my account I have called 3-4 times a week trying to get someone on the phone and all I get is a voicemail no one calls back. This is very disturbingReview from Katie M

I been a customer for a year now . Since its getting closer for me to close my loan I been trying to reach out to the loan company to ask them when is my last payment in how much it is cause I want to go ahead in pay off the loan. Every time I call the number it goes straight to voicemail. Now Im feeling very suspicious about the company. At this point ** reaching out toward the email asking questions why nobody answering phone or why I cant talk to someone. You know what she said their phone been down not for no two months it been now Maam. I definitely not recommend nobody to apply for this loan company. They dont even answering the phone!! Now if I stop paying them then they want to call me; sound crazy huh! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! I will be suing this company if they take my money after my last payment.Review from Ouida B.

I applied to Spring Water Financial, and the company denied me a loan. The reason why this company denied giving me a loan is in this statement from ******* (the representative) from the "Underwriters", " We are denying you this loan now because we don't know why at this time, we are denying but you can reapply at a later date."WHAT THE H**L?!I waited for them to respond to me, and I eventually had to call them back because no one bother to call me.******* (the rep.) put me on hold twice because the "Underwriters" (whoever they are) wasn 't even responding to him for an answer, and after being on hold twice, I received the above response.I feel violated because they have all my information and there is no reason for me not to receive the loan and discriminated because they felt I didn't make enough money, but no one will really no because there was NEVER a concrete reason as to why I was denied.DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY FOR ANY LOANS!IF YOU ARE DENIED, YOU WILL NEVER NO WHY!**************
