I bought a 2014 ** diesel Golf wagon. I LOVED THAT CAR!!!! About 2-4 weeks later I find out the ** corporation had been lying about the gas mileage. This resulted in a actionable class action law suit with all the cars being removed from the road.As part of the law suit, I bought a brand new ** gas golf in 2017. I LOVED THAT CAR!!!! I had the car for about a year and noticed a leak that came down the rear view mirror. I took it in and they couldnt find the leak.. fast forward about 2 1/2 years and we finally got rain!! The leak reappeared. They are first refused to repair because the warranty had run out a few months earlier. My husband and I rejected that idea as it was a previous problem. They finally agreed to fix under warranty. I asked how much $$ if I would have had to pay if warrant hadnt fixed it. $10,000.In 2022 the car had ****** miles and the main lights went out on the console. Took it in, they fixed that problem on some sort of extended warranty. BUT they had found a leak in the transmission seal AND a leak in the air conditioning seal. Another $4000 please.I took it to my mechanic and he told me the seals were indeed leaking and to get rid of the car like yesterday. I was forced to get rid of my forever car. I will NEVER. Recommend a ** or buy another ** again.
