This company was the answer to my prayers originally. My house was a wreck and I needed to sell. They offered 87,500. 7,500 more than my highest offer. I signed the offer and was told we were waiting on the title company to close. After 10 days, I received a text saying they would only pay 20,000. I was livid. I had turned every other offer away. They offered to list my home. They would pay to list and, if I made any money, I could pay for the listing. If I didn't get any offers then that would tell me to abandon the home to the bank and walk away. Needless to say, I didn't take that advice. I had to start over and apologize and see what I could do. Now on limited time. I found an offer for 66,000 and just closed for 66,000. I do feel they cost me about 14,000 and more grey hair. This was a nightmare and all for them to try to walk away with my home for less than the cost of the lot.

I had the hardest decision to make when I realized I could not keep the family home. My mother had been deceased for 10 years and my father passed away months ago which left the house and everything from 46 years of living in it in a trust, with me as the executor. Not only did I have to deal with a low level of hoarding but I had to go through the process alone. While I did have a few trusted souls in my council I still had the final say.
