We purchased a $100,000.00 solar system from this company after being told it would be designed specifically for our home and to eliminate any future payments, to our electrical supplier, other than a small, monthly, connection fee.We were told we needed to remain connected to the electrical grid, in order to discharge any extra power our system produced, onto the local electrical grid and that we would be paid for that energy, through a credit on our monthly energy bill. After they reviewed our previous consumption invoices, we were told that the system we would need would have a cost of $100,000.00 and we were then offered a 30 year low interest fixed rate loan and told that we would be receiving a $25,000.00 stimulus check, from the government, that could be used to pay down the loan principal. We were told that if we made the payment within the first 18 months of the loan, it would lock in our monthly payments at the original amount of $350.00 and if paid through auto pay, only $318.37.But, as we never received the stimulus check that we were latter informed was in fact a Tax Credit, one we needed to qualify for, we were unable to make that principal payment, during the first 18 months and as a result our monthly payments were increased to $450.00.Now, as we continue to receive electrical bills and as our monthly payments have now increased due to the fact that we never received the $25,000.00 stimulus, allowing us to make a payment against the capital, pay against the loan balance, a within the first 18 months, our monthly payment has increased to more than $450.00.Furthermore since there installation, the $100,000.00 solar system, has never been tuning at 100% capacity, due to inverters that have malfunctioned and that have not been fixed.The picture shows our solar panel setup and the panel that is black, is the one that is no longer functioning.Initial Complaint

We had solar installed 6/15/23 still waitingfor the **** I've contacted the company but get the run around. We're going on a year nowBusiness response
