First I scheduled 2 phone meetings to discuss an important issue.Never received a phone call.Now more importantly I deposited a check for $100.00 into my checking account by phone yesterday (Nov13).Except today therebis no receipt of the deposit inmy account.Where did the money go?Why isn’t it available to me?I need it now.This is outrageous.Why is Sesloc withholding my money?.Business response

We believe this complaint to be resolved. We spoke to the member and let him know that his check for $100 was deposited to his account today. It did not post on Sunday because that is not a business day. He is coming into the branch tomorrow to meet with the branch manager on a merchant dispute. We will help him through that process as well. Thank you.Customer response
