Date Purchased 12/3/2023, amount of the purchase was $199, order number was ****, tracking number was 1Z55F5760366848618, ordered from skatebolt.We ordered a remote controlled skateboard for our son for Christmas. We did receive the product but when we gave it to him for Christmas the skateboard has never worked. We have sent several emails to try to work out a resolution for this issue, and have gone on their website and went through the complaint form and filed it. We have had zero response from them since we started reaching out Christmas morning. They do not have a phone number on the website or anywhere we can find online. At this point we want to be able to return the product for a full refund as this is not a business we can trust to deal with if there are future issues with their product.
