Company sold & installed stereo system upgrade to 30 year one that worked fine + outdooe wireless speaker. Was explicit on personal preferences: add speakers for outdoor listening, bluetooth capability to listen to free internet music and perferrably no/minimal cell phone relaibility for stereo system configuration, music mode (cd, tape, radio, etc) selections! *****************, the Owner came to the house & made recommendations for Bluesound wireless & streaming products for outdoor speaker additions. He said music ********************** all moving to cell phones & once configured very easy to use. Was explicit didn't want to be tied to the phone to listen to music that we currently could listen to with the push of a button, free of complicatedd phone manuerving, unreliablable phone settings being in 86+ plaster deep walled home w/ inconsistent wi-fi reliability. Labor at $125 T&M OK based on previous much more complicated hardwiring installations by Future Sound done in 2006 efficiently done & worked 100% but no *** involve then. *** required $4,362.51 payment in full on 4/14/2021. On 4/28/21 sent email asking whats going on. Install on 5/10/2021 done by *** not technical Staff as previously was odd & maybe due to relatively straight forward setup confirmation of plugging in wire between new components and application settings, no construction work. *** install for 7+ hours and alot of problems!*** blamed problems on wi-fi when we told him at start an issue. Hired IT pro to upgrade wi-fi router/extender to a mesh system who stated major part of wi-fi problem was due to Luxul piece that *** added to our configuration, some problem fixed after its removal. Wi-fi/signals in house excellent after mesh upgrade but still problems with bluesound components recommended & installed by *** sounds frequently breaks up.Asked *** to fix the problem & full refund for Luxul. Sold product that will likely never work. Don't be fooled by ***** soft spoken manner, he's bad news.
