      I have had my tv ears for a long time. Recently the little ear pads wore out. After talking to sales representative they told me I needed to replace them with specific pads at $17..00. It turned out that they were not compatible with my current headset. (Same company) Although it is their fault they want me to pay return postage.

      Dear *******************,I am sorry the ear tips you ordered were not compatible with your current headset. You had purchased a newer headset back in *************************************************************************** 2016. It has since been discontinued as have accessories for it and replaced with our much improved 5.0 line. After reviewing your call and your communication with our operations manager, you were informed that you will receive a credit for the return postage once we receive the product back. We will make sure to credit you the return postage as soon as we receive the product back however it is not normal practice as we do not normally pay return postage back hence no return postage label is included in your shipment.       When you first use them they are great. Whenever you need to add a new battery you will either strip the screws or when you put the new one in they won't work. My wife is hooked on these but I have had to purchase close to 10 pairs as they are built so poorly you have to buy a new pair every time you need a battery.. Look into another system. These thing ar great at first but after you need a battery you have to order a new pair.

      Hi ****************, thank you for your feedback. As per your email this morning, these are purchased through Amazon and not through our website. Again, we take great pride in our customer service and are attempting to help you but you have provided very little information other than an order number from Amazon. Since we have a vendor relationship with Amazon, we can't actually look up order #s and detail. We practically sell to Amazon as a business then Amazon does the fulfillment and keeps all that information. What you provided to me via email does not indicate whether you purchased a battery (authentic or not) or a headset (BRAND New or Amazon refurbished or Used). If you purchased an authentic battery or headset that is dead on arrival, then we cover that without questions asked but based on the having 0 information using your email, phone number or first and last name combination internally, it seems you had never actually called us for service or any warranty replacement. If you opt for a replacement headset instead of a battery through us internally whenever your battery is depleted, you will be looking at about $50 before taxes vs about $24 dollars before taxes for the battery. If you purchased it through Amazon for less than that, you most likely purchased a used headset. Customers do not normally strip screws and if they do, usually they are slightly worn after they've been removed and not completely stripped, so if a stripped s**** is an issue, we are more than happy to provide you with complimentary screws to cover that issue.

      This is my fourth set of TV ears. I don't understand they do not last a year. I bought 2 sets December of last year. I charge them every night. This morning neither sets work. Honestly I can not keep throwing money away. Very disappointed.

      Beware of deceptive return policy. Exterior Packaging and invoice slip provide a return address but NO stipulations about a 30 day return policy. Use caution as seniors can be easily confused by the hidden return small print.

      I purchased tv ears in nov of 2021 and the charging base quit working on april 10 2022. the charging light would'nt go on. I tried to contact customer service and the line is always busy. I have no idea how this *** has been in business for 24 yrs. I guess it's the old saying of they have two kinds of customers new ones and ex ones.

If you could let me know what number you have attempted to reach us on, I will be more than happy to look into it and make sure it is active. Our main line is listed on our website ************** and ************** is the best number to reach us on with any questions regarding our products. We have hundreds of calls daily but never do I hear of an issue where the line is always busy, there's even a callback feature if you elect to choose that option.

      I was not aware of a 30-day return policy. I called to return the TV Ears product, absolutely untouched, but was told by a really snippy woman that I was 12 days beyond the return date. She could hardly hear me out, as I explained that I had a vaccinated family member with breakthrough Covid, and a flood in the house that required immediate but lengthy mold remediation. I asked how she could be so **** and unbending during a time of such personal and national difficulties. She wanted to know what Covid had to do with TV Ears, so it's fair to say she completely missed the point. I asked to speak with a supervisor, who she quickly said was not there. Instead, she said she'd email the supervisor and said she would put me on hold. She never came back. As it turns out, my TV was not old, but small and perhaps a lemon, because people other than I had trouble with the sound. I replaced it with a larger, name-branded unit, and both the picture and the sound are more than 100% better. My question to the woman who answered call, and to anybody associated with TV Ears . . . Why the attitude??? Why be unpleasant, when it's much easier to be pleasant???
