I came into the store to buy real diamonds. I was told real diamonds after I found out they were not real diamonds when I got home and I called today today is 5 November I called at about **** and I asked for the tape since he kept telling me, he wouldnt even really let me talk, but he kept telling me he told me that they were fake diamonds and he never did. I wouldnt bother, he knew what I was looking for. I told him I wanted to claim him on my share everything so I was asking for something to give to my insurance company saying what type of diamonds they are he told me he gave him a couple of days and he didnt get it for me. That was just to get me out of this store. I believe now , but he knew I was looking for real diamonds. He said it was real diamonds now he saying he told me that they were not real diamonds. He never told me that so I am seeking a full refund for it because I didnt get what I came in for real diamonds , I was not looking for laboratory diamonds, fake diamonds. It wasnt worth the $7000 I paid he told me that the diamonds were 80% off I did believe and that they were real diamonds and that they were 80% off and you know he would give me a real big deal. I have dealt with ****** before, so I didnt believe what he was saying .Business response

Hello, we have spoken with the customer that made the complaint, the customer has verified that the purchase was made at **** Jewelers in **********. The purchase that was made is a completely different business / owner. The customer thought that the company is the same but we do not have any association with that business or any company in any other state besides *******. Our business, Sam's Jewelers is only one location in ************, *******. Therefore, we would like this complaint removed since this complaint is not for our business. Thank you.
