The Stockton Record (recordnet.com) has been sending me spam emails at least every week for several months.I have tried to seek a resolution via online contact but the part of their site that allows contact has two options: sign in for subscribers (I am not, so I cannot), and an employee record which, when clicked just redirects to the home page.I then called them and was told they have no record of me as a subscriber or of my email address, and they would discuss with marketing. No resolution ever occurred.I would like them to stop emailing me.Initial Complaint

This company has refused to cancel my online subscription.I have changed my credit card # associated with this account billing.Now they continue to call me from different phone #'s telling me my credit card # is not valid.I'm aware, thank you. Please cancel my subscription.They are now threatening collections for automatic ******** not received.
