I am currently trying to find a way to get a hold of the owner. Dr. ***** the vet is condescending, zero passion, no empathy regarding the concern of a persons pet. Surgery didnt go as planned and when we raised concerns nothing was addressed just asked for more money to do it over? We did everything we were supposed to do and the doctor was rude with my wife when she said there was liquid in his ear. He said its inflammation my wife said as a nurse she know what inflammation is, he then raised his voice asking how many surgeries have you done? Very rude and aggressive person. Made us both very uncomfortable not to mention he smells like a pack of cigarettes. Never once said I understand sorry for the outcome let me take a closer look at your dog, maybe try draining the ear something. Instead said heres some free pills for the inflammation give it a few days lets see how that goes. We tried that each day our dogs ear puffed up even more. Now he acknowledges the fluid says it wasnt there before now suggested another surgery at our expense. The surgery obviously didnt go well, surgeries have complications why not just look into it a little further to show a level of care for your new clients and dog? Very unprofessional feel like hes just trying to make money off us. I want to report this business and talk to his boss/owner regarding this guy who is bad for customers and his business! I will find a way and make sure I tell as many people about this place. Do not recommend.

I can't even give a star to this business. The new owners of this business are scammers, liars and rude. I have been a client for over 10 years and have never had a problem with this vet hospital until the new ownership took over. They lie and said they lost my dogs medical chart all of sudden. They have no records of him getting his rabies shots when in fact he got them there, county has proof. They are rude and dismissive and they changed me for a service they didn't provide. The vet and vet assistant didn't care about a word I said to them about how to handle my dog. They were insisting on medicating for a produce that he had been getting there for years. But the vet didn't care. Staff is just as rude. And the new pricing is outrageous now. So be warned and take your fur babies somewhere else. Take them to vet who actually cares about you and your pet.
