My late sister purchased 3 dog beds from All for Pets Club. While she was ill two of her dogs passed away. So I sent all of the beds to the address in California as directed by the company. This was in October. I have called Allegra Solutions As directed by the company twice weekly to receive the appropriate refund. They assured me a e check would be sent to my email and then assured me a check would be mailed to the house within a week. Since I never received either the e check or paper check I have continued to call and have been hung up on and advised they cannot help me I have confirmation that they received the et beds in early October. They also confirmed they received them. I am trying to close out my sisters accounts and am unable to until I receive this refund. The cost to send 3 beds back was at my expense of of 60.00 Total reimbursement due to my sister is 234.90.Business response
