Pay monthly membership for massage sessions. Location signed up was closed. Unused sessions not transferred to new location as promised. Told this happened to many members. Have gone into location weekly for four months trying to resolve. Told only owner can make the correction. Manager has said she contacted owner via email but no reply. Told owner is busy, on vacation, they have no way to contact her but the email that she doesn’t reply to. I was given a public, general store email which I have contacted four times with no reply. Was given a general public phone number that is not in service. I have no other way to resolve. Was they can not give out any other contact method. Store manager and assistant manager say they can not contact owner either, no email or phone to contact owner. Just have the same email address knead given. Hard to believe a manager has no way to contact owner. Asked if owner ever comes to location. Manager says rarely. Manager and assistant manager just keep repeating they “understand my frustration” but have no way to contact owner and cannot help me. Have several thousand invested. Would like my sessions to be reinstated or 100% of my money back. Don’t feel I can trust such a business where no one can help in the store can help and no way to contact anyone that that can.
