I was charged $8.97 shipping for mystery box and then they attempted to charge me $24.99. luckily I had my card lockedBusiness response

I believe we are not the seller you were referring to. We don't sell mystery box. We only sell on marketplace like **** and we don't have ability to charge anyone's credit card directly.Initial Complaint

Under a week ago said they would deduct no more than $2.00 period then they proceeded to take $24.99 and it was Thursday then yesterday they tried taking another $78.90 . $2.00 was supposed to be all period for shipping and I was supposed to have won a big 8k TV I have not received anything and they took $22.99 to much and tried taking an additional $78.90 they are crooks and I want them to give me my money back and I want them stopped before someone else gets taken for even more money. Thank youBusiness response

We don't charge you anything that you mentioned. No recurring payment possible for our product. We only sell products on marketplaces like **** or ******* and we don't have ability to charge anyone's credit card. You may be mistaken about the company who made the charge. We received other phone call who has the same problem. We are Advanced Gadget **** NOT "Advanced Gadget Solution". I am sure your payment charge has nothing to do with us. You can tell your bank to decline/refuse the charge. Ask your bank to send you a new card with different number to avoid this unauthorized charge in the future.
