Paid 700.00 for a dental extraction. Was unable to obtain the extraction due to high blood pressure and needed medical clearance from my Cardiologist. Blood pressure remained high and I am unable to have the procedure done. Dentist office is refusing to reimburse me. I have documentation that I paid.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/26) */ Patient was not able to get dental treatment because she did not get a medical release from her physician. Patient was refunded $800 on 4/12/22, more than she actually requested. Typically, the billing department will call to inform the patient of the refund; however, they usually do not make multiple attempts if they are unable to reach the patient. Patient has acknowledged she received refund. I enclosed a print screen of her ledger.
