They recently finished my roof and outside paint. They did an outstanding job. I'm very pleased with their finish work. After the paint crew was done a project manager walked me around my home to make sure I was happy with how the job was turned out. He noticed something I didn't even see and had the crew out the very next day. It was a minor correction that I probably would have never noticed. Talk about integrity! Just made me more pleased. I definitely wish it was a little less expensive but I believe you get what you pay for and I'm very pleased with my purchase. A+Review from cali g

These guys are a joke! They send over a salesman to create a fear pitch then show you an estimate that cost over 20k for paint! they try to say its 15% off to buy now and its still super over priced. This is a typical bait and switch over priced fear pitch company. Save your time and money these guys are a joke!Review from Ralph A

Insanely overpriced, we had quotes for our roof in the neighborhood of *****k, ************ quoted me over $60,000 for the same work. Same ***** corning product, same underlayment and everything. Not to mention the very sketchy sales tactics of "calling in our quote" so that the boss can knock of a few thousand on the spot for some reason or another. COR does fantastic work. They believe in high pressure salesmanship. They sold my wife and I on an exterior CoolWall job that we are very happy with. Ever since, they want to come out an "inspect" the work to make sure it's holding up. Every time, they want a full hour with both my wife and I present. They do not need us both present for an inspection. We've made it clear multiple times that either one of us can make decisions about the home. They still refuse to come unless we're both present. The only explanation can be because they expect to play us against each other to make a sale.They do great work. Do not use them and reward this business practice.Review from Jason S

Had an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish with this company. COR did my roof and windows. Their communication was beyond superior to anyone I've used in the past. They called me daily to follow up on the days work and tell me what the plan would be the following which I really appreciated.Review from Justice K

We hired Cut Once Remodeling to redo the exterior of our home. No questions asked 9.5-10 out of 10. Here is my reasoning: 1. Showed up on time 2. Outlined everything they were going to do 3. Did everything plus a little more than they outlined within the time frame 4. Finish work was great 5. I always knew what was going on due to their communication 6. My confidence both before, during, and after they completed the job 7. Only reason for review falling between 9.5-10 out of 10 is because its not cheap. But I am one to believe good work isnt cheap and you get what you pay for. Thank you for the job well done!Review from Phil C

After speaking to a friend about how I needed to look into getting a new roof, they had referred me to COR. Apparently they had done quite a few jobs for them. Needless to say, I had COR come out to take a look at my home and see what they could do. I knew I had a leak but I had no idea how bad it was. Their rep did an extremely good job explaining what they were going to do and what materials they would use. I felt very comfortable with them and decided to have it done. Three weeks later my roof started and was finished within a week. EZPZ. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing (the the best of my knowledge and what I could see). I would feel very confident recommending anyone to COR in the future! Thank you all for the new roof!Review from Richard K

I was really happy with the work this company has done for me over the years. They basically remodeled my entire house. But they really stood out when something went wrong. During this last rain storm the roof they had done leaked around one of the exhaust vents. Although it sucked having to deal with this, COR came out immediately to diagnose the problem. They said they weren't 100% sure of where the penetration was so rather than guess they removed all of the roofing materials on that plane of the roof and redid it. Tomorrow they are fixing the interior damage from the water. Like I said, it sucked to have it happen but I was really happy with their responsiveness and their ownership of the problem. To me, any company might seem good when they are trying to get your business and complete a job. But a truly good company owns up to their mistakes/accidents when they happen and makes things right when they go wrong. Thank you for being in business and fixing my roof quickly and efficiently. My cousin in ********** will be calling you soon for her roof.
