I took my car to auto nation **** torrannce for an oil change and was told i had a front cover leak fine go ahead an fix the problem 12 day later i get my car back. Picked up car maybe two weeks later check engine lifht comes on took it back I was told it was fan relay agreed to pay but when i came back they said ir was whole fan assembly.. im not paying for something thst was working before they worked on my car.. ok no charge the next morning noticed oil an water in resivoir the manager and adviser#2 told me it was ok for a little oil an wa0ter to mix..ok i leave but came right back because when i get home i show mechanic he said they blew my engine take it back .oil jumped out of resivoir showed to manager..they fixed and after thst my car smells like water and fan not getting cold..a short while later driving car look in mirror smoke everywhere. Towed back again they charged me again..Every since I went to this establishment I feel I've been taking advantage of..never fixed car better yet every time they say they test drove it before delivering to me.. couldn't have something needs to be done about this..Please HelpReview from Taylor G

I purchased a vehicle here with an extended warranty in June of 2018. I later sold the vehicle in September in 2020 and canceled the remainder of the extended and am due a refund. I submitted all the proper paper work with their finance department and was told I'd have my refund in 8 weeks. It is now October of 2022, I still do not have my refund. I have had many calls and texts with the Finance reps, all of them stop responding and i'm ignored. I finally submitted a formal complaint with Autonation corporate and received a call shortly after from the General Manager of the dealer. He said he would get my problem solved asap and was sorry for the trouble. I then had to chase him for 3 weeks to get a response, which was him passing ** off to another finance rep. **** finance rep did the same as all the past. Said he needed to resubmit the paperwork and that I should have my money ASAP then stopped responding to me and I still don't have my money. STEER CLEAR of this dealer.
