      Details of my issue are found in the letter that I sent to ShowerDoorDirect. It is attached below. My complaint comes down to the following: At the time of purchase, I was unaware of the extremely short time period (30 days) that I had to return the item. It took a while to find someone who would install the clips on my 3'x4' mirror. A few days ago the mirror fell off of the wall and broke. So, I did not use any of the clips and no longer need them. I offered to pay return shipping. Also, the current price of the package of clips is over **** That creates a profit for the company. Here is the letter I sent: Hello. I am requesting authorization to return an item that I purchased on Dec. 18, 2021. I realize the return window has expired, but am asking for an exception. These clips were supposed to be used to replace old ones which were used to mount a ******* beveled glass mirror. I delayed fixing the mirror due to inability to get someone to help me. Yesterday the mirror fell off of the wall and broke. Therefore, I no longer need the new clips. There is no problem with the clips you sent, and I never used any. I have the original packing and invoice. I will pay the return shipping costs. The order number was #XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX. I paid ******* I have attached a picture of the product with its packing slip and the invoice from Amazon. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.       Where to begin. I ordered a chemical through ****** to clean water spots on my shower glass. I opened the product and attempted to used it only to find hard rock like substances in it. I almost scratched my glass. Luckily I was able to catch it in advance. After contacting customer service. They advised me a return label was in the mail. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I attempted contacting them multiple times only to be ignored. It's not the money but the principal. I took it upon myself to ship it back. We'll see how this now plays out. I feel as if I've been robbed. Not only the cost of the chemical Chemical cost $96.92 Shopping **** $18 Total out of pocket is $****** I have emails going back and fourth verifying they were supposed to send a return box. They never followed through.

      I ordered two shower door sweeps from ShowerDoorDirect.com on February 3, 2022. The order number is ****** in the amount of $52.43 including $9.99 of shipping charges. The items were delivered on February 10, 2022 damaged. The shipping tube was broken and the long (90") ******* was damaged and unusable. I immediately contacted ShowerDoorDirect.com customer service via their website and let them know the product arrived damaged and asked for a replacement. I also sent an email to customer service at ShowerDoorDirect.com with the same information including photographs of the damage. I received no response. I followed up with another email on February 20, 2022 (3rd attempt to contact them) to customer service seeking a replacement item. The telephone number listed on their website does not reach them. I have still not received any response. I would like either an undamaged replacement product or a refund of the cost of the item and shipping.
