Bought a truck in December 2022. Signed paperwork, the following day we picked up the vehicle. Continued on until February when we received a ticket for expired registration. (Which we paid for when we signed paperwork because its included in dmv fees) I call the dealership and they said it needs to be smogged in order for the tags to be released by the dmv. They never called ** for the smog and we never had the temporary stickers or plates. I had to drive to Tracy from hollister 2hr drive, to get it smogged and for them to tell me it wasnt expired and Id have to go to court for the ticket. The vehicle shouldve had everything ready when I picked it up the following day. I received another ticket in the mail. I want to be reimbursed for all the tickets I dont have time or am able to take time off of work to go to court. Ive called all of the dealerships and none of them answered or called me back after leaving voicemails. Ive gone to their facilities and they brush me off and tell me they will reach out. Im going to seek legal action if this isnt resolved as soon as possible. This has been a horrible experience. They even charged me so much more extra packaged that I didnt want on the purchase of the truck as well claiming it wouldnt affect my payment. Shouldve been paying $400 a month to now I am paying $600.
