They somehow could not find my bank account even though i copy and pasted it directly from my statement, when i called to get it sorted out they told me that they could take my credit card one time to avoid shutoff, but from here on forth i would be required to pay in cash only at some sketchy place. And what? Just hope you guys get the untraceble payment? And since they charged more than i authorized on my credit card, how am i supposed to trust this company? I just bought this house and this is all over my very first bill.Business response

The amount paid via credit card was for charges owed so we are unable to offer a refund as requested. The call recording was reviewed and customer did authorize the charge. A list of TID authorized pay stations is printed on the back of the billing statement. Customers request to "pay normally" was previously restored at his request.
