      Premier Appliance Services still has not resolved a 2 week old claim. Please look at all of the many phone calls with no resolution or help. Premier Appliance Services destroys my home without fixing or repairing the damages they caused. Premier Appliance Services is using illegal immigrants as workers

      Contracted Provider thru Home Warranty sent out 3 different times.****- first tech ordered 4 parts- returned & said he replaced 1/4 left with parts then told warranty company nothing wrong I was overloading it Continued problem -2nd opinion Xclusive Appliance sent out who ordered & replaced same parts & when problem continued deferred to Kenmore specialist Again warranty co sent Premier who is supposedly *******, ******-2nd Premier tech spent only 15 minutes, looked under washer, spun the dial & said nothing wrong. My daughter showed him a video of a single washload which he kept saying he didnt need to see. He absolutely did see the water pooling & would not watch any of the Spin/drain issues he was called out for.Warranty company again told by Premier nothing wrongThis same issue has been happening for almost 9 months now to the point the washer cant be used at all! However without a repair company documenting it cant be repaired, the warranty wont move forward to replace it. I suspect this may be a business taking advantage of my being an 83 year old ************* ability to keep collecting money from a warranty company without really doing any service.*** at Premier when contacted to discuss was rude, unprofessional, refused to hear my information & after 3 times on hold ended by hanging up on me. She told my daughter she should just buy me a new washer & be done with it.

      Our warranty company scheduled service with Premier for an oven display repair. Without ever working with me to schedule an appointment time, they sent someone out on 6/25/22. Fortunately I was home when the tech showed up so I showed him how the display on our oven was not able to be read, making it unusable. He tried a few things without any improvement then informed me that he was ordering a new display that would be covered under our warranty. Five days later I received a notice from the warranty company saying that Premier had closed the service request, indicating that it was resolved, and requesting I pay the $75 service fee that is only due when an item has been fixed. I called Premier to check on the status of the order and they said they couldn't repair it and that the warranty company should have informed me of this, not them. I am attempting to work with the warranty company to dispute the service fee but this is the only resolution I am seeking.

      This company was contracted by our ********************* (First American) to come out to our house on 11/24/2021 to repair our oven. Contractor advised oven could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. Its been 2 weeks and the contractors paperwork still has not been submitted to First American. Weve called Premier Appliance numerous times and they state paperwork will be submitted by the end of the day and nothing has happened. This is unacceptable. They have terrible reviews and I can see why.
