On 3/5/22, I paid ***** for my bathroom to be remodeled. by paying a down deposit, Whittington professional would then add me to their schedule. On 3/7/22 work was being conducted by Whittington professional services LLC, to demo bathroom. During demo I noticed that there were damages in 2 areas along the base board. One area was behind the toilet, and the other drywall damage was near the wall heater. I addressed the damages with ****** Whittington, it was agreed that the drywall would be patched. On 3/22/22, when the tile had to be redone a second time, because the first time, the tile was not laid correctly, it was uneven and tiles were not straight. The baseboard had to be pulled, when pulled the damaged caused by Whittington professional services was still existing, meaning they did not keep their promise to repair their damages to the drywall. The subway tile grout is not done correctly, several areas on the tile has excess grout, that has been sealed. The clean up will cost additional monies. Fixtures were not installed i.e. shower head, shower k**** and shower curtain rod, which was included in remodel. The bathroom window trim was not laid over the new window frame, exposing the frame, window trim was not installed correctly. Debris from the drywall demo in laundry room was not cleaned up off floor. The drywall was not level to ground, leaving an uneven drywall cut. The drywall in laundry room has a few gaps, that could cause moisture to new insulation. Drywall around door trim same issue with uneven drywall cuts. Exposed metal along the window, when asked to fix with mud, ****** Whittington the owner told me to paint over, instead of patching the metal with mud. I provided them with a keyless entry code, which on 2 attempts my door was ajar, left open, compromising my security, and allowing protentional theft. Throughout the process there was no follow through. I had to supervise the work, by taking time away from work. Managing was not my responsibilityCustomer response
