Skyzone just bought this park not long ago. They made it impossible to buy a day pass. We were told that we had to buy a monthly membership but that it could be canceled at any time. The man who sold it to us said that we could even cancel it on the way out the door. Decided to keep it for the first month to see if we would go back. We did not. I called to cancel. You have to wait two weeks. I called after two weeks, they said you have to cancel online. They would not help me. ******* who claimed to be the manager would not give me the name of her supervisor, she claimed not to know it. She gave me a corporate phone number which did not work. They are doing everything they can to keep charging people's credit cards. They make it very difficult to cancel and even though I have gone through the lengthy website process to cancel, I am not sure that it is done. There are a lot of people who will be fleeced this way.Business response
