I bought set of 4 led lights (40w each) from sunco but requested a return because the delivery was very late I had to go out and buy another set locally. They approved my return so I returned all 4 lights in 1 package (originally how it came) but when it was delivered to them they told me I only sent 1 back. 1 light weighs almost 4 pounds the *** labeled the package 16pounds. All email exchange and tracking is included with this complaint. I believe this company is borderline scamming their customers. They will not refund me all my money back except $28 for 1 light. If anything happened to the package I believe it's their responsibility to figure this out if not they're just trying to scam people.Business response

I purchased light fixtures online from Sunco Lighting in the amount of $159.00 using a credit card ending in ****. When no shipment arrived I called customer service, where I was informed there was no record of the transaction. A copy of the credit card statement was requested, which I provided via email. After some time I called back, and was told the person that had to make a decision on this matter was out of the office. Every time I call I get the same response.Customer response

I purchased 11 dozen can trims from Sunco Lighting************ These are for new construction houses. Of these 11 dozen the ones installed in the first house(102 trims) were faulty. They did not come on when the switch was turned on. Or came on very delayed. Sunco refused to admit the problem was on their end even after several hours of troubleshooting by an electrician. A different brand of can trims were installed and the problem was fixed.Business response

On April 29th i placed a order for lights on Amazon. the 3rd party vender was Sunco lighting. For some reason UPS refused to deliver my package to the address specified. I contacted the Sunco Lightiing through Amazon and informed them that what UPS tracking said was a total untruth shipping tracking number of Shipped with UPS Tracking ID: ****************** XX/09/2022 **** **** Departed from Facility Gulfport, MS, United States ********** **** **** The receiver requested this package to be held for pickup at the UPS facility. / The sender requested that we return this package. Gulfport, MS, United States ********** **** **** The receiver agreed to pickup the package at a UPS location. Gulfport, MS, United States 05/05/2022 **** **** The receiver requested this package to be held for pickup at the UPS facility. Gulfport, MS, United States 05/05/2022 9:24 A.M. Out For Delivery Today Gulfport, MS, United States 05/05/2022 4:33 A.M. Processing at UPS Facility Gulfport, MS, United States. On the 19th of May I contacted Sunco Lighting and asked about what happened to my shipment and why I was not informed that my order was canceled. The supervisor by the name of ******* informed me they shipped the Items and they were returned back to Sunco and that Amazon refunded you your money and you should be happy. Well I am not happy and I should have been informed a long time ago that they were not going to try to reship my order. Me not knowing all this time, Because the Amazone web site said On the way, but running late Sunco Lighting ***** ***** Compatible Smart LED Bulbs, WiFi Color Changing Outdoor Flood Light, 13W, RGB Tunable White CCT, Dimmable, with Amazon ***** & Google Assistant, No Hub Required 2 Pack2.
