      This company took 3 payments of $69.90 out of my account 3 different times. I have only been refunded 2 of out of the 3 refunds. I have been calling **** n the compliance department for my 3rd refund of $69.90 n she has even spoken to my bank n regards to me only receiving 2 out of the 3 refunds and has been procrastinating and using her position as leverage to not properly assist me with receiving my 3rd refund. She has been very slow to responding to my voicemails and very rude n not understanding. I am a single mom of 2 and they unlawfully took money for my account without my consent or knowledge of it. I never agreed or made an account with these people and for some reason I have no lt received my 3rd refund of $69.90 I have been waiting for almost a year and also waited the 21 days after she spoke with my bank. She called me today and was stating that she won't help me because I'm angry that this has taken as long as it has n my kids are n need n I can't even buy what they need. I need ur help with settling this issue I need my last ********** don't feel like I am getting anywhere speaking with **** she is very sarcastic n I feel like I am being taken advantage of by this company and her because I want my money back she can make me wait as long as he wants. Because I'm not okay with how long this has been taken I have done everything they ask of me to ensure them that I have only received 2 out of the 3 refunds. That I will never get my money back n I have to b okay with this situation and I am not I need my money back asap.

      This business charged my *********************************************** ********** and does not have an account to thier web site I called and the man picked up immediately I hear him change his voice with a group of people in the background These people are scammers I want my daughter to get her money back

      The client charges ***** a month for a service and the site does not give an option to remove your card, cancel or end subscription. I have been attempted to be charged from this company hundreds of times in a year. I am lost as to why I can not remove my payment from the system. I am near having to completely close the account for no solution.

      Out of curiosity, I was searching for property around my area. I stumbled across a deal for $1 on 11/15 to try out their services. Long story short I forgot about the sign up and was charged for $69.00 on 11/29. After which, Ive sent emails out to cancel my because Im usually too busy to sit on the line. By the way, you cant cancel it on their website which is why its such a hassle. Anyways, I wait and wait, but I get charged again the following month on 1/3. Okay I email them again, this time about a refund. I wait and wait again. Another charge on 1/27. Today as of 1/28 I called them about a refund and cancellation of my account. **************** rep was very kind but told me they only provide service over the phone, not through email. Mind you, they have a support email on their website. I got my account cancelled but would still like a refund, I didnt use the service anyways.
