I contracted with ******* ******** to replace my gutters and insulate my attic. The contract was signed ********* and the work was done June 2019. This past winter the gutter on the north side of my property began leaking badly down the side of my house and is damaging it. In addition, the insulation was not properly sealed and is leaking into my **** closet. The XXX-XXX-XXXX only gives me a busy signal, I tried texting ***** ****** ******** ******** at XXX-XXX-XXXX but the text doesn't go through, I have emailed him with no response, and it appears this company is out of business. I cannot find an account number on the contract. Contractor's license number is given as XXXXXX. It was funded through PACE but I have paid it off. PACE approved this contractor and assured me ******* met their insurance requirements.
