I placed an order on June 13, 2022 in the amount $832.29. I had to call the order in, because the website wasn't allowing me to select a pick up location. I placed the order, and asked if I can pay extra for next day production. I was told that 2 out of 5 of my items could be next day, and the only option for the other 3 was 3 business days. I paid the invoice and waited for proofs. That proof came in at literally midnight. I approved the correct ones, and sent in files concerns on the others overnight. I received no new proof, so I called again the next day to get them updated and to print. They sent new proofs, where 2 were approved, one was rejected because they removed a design element that I had in place. I called again to ask why they removed it, and if I could have another proof. **** corrected the file and sent the proof so we were on the phone, and said that all files would be in production on time to meet the deadline. Today, All of my files but one were ready, and I called again to ask about the last. I was told by **** that since I was late with the proof, that I wouldn't have my item until the next day, the day of my business event. I told him I paid extra to have everything ready, and that print runner made the mistake on my proof, and that I was told everything would be on time. I asked for some of my money back, or my ready labels. He told me print runner would do neither and that I didn't pay extra to have my labels done faster. I asked for a supervisor and got ******. I was told that he needed to investigate. After investigating, he said that **** never said my labels would be ready on time, but he would offer a $50 credit to my account. No credit was applied, I believe, on purpose because ****** was mad. I am reporting today to seek compensation for labels that will miss the event they were designed for. I have attached email notifications for my order, when the first proofs arrived, when they were approved, and the last approved proof email.Business response

Consumer Response /* (-5, 5, 2022/06/17) */ Just came to pick up 4 out of 5 items. Last Item still not ready, and ***** from the building is now requesting that I pay for shipping of my final item. I need a refund on that too. Not my fault print runner was late. My event is up and running without these items. I need to be compensated. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/06/20) */ Printrunner did just issue the $50 credit to my account. That has been handled!!
