            On April 11th and again on April 18, 2019 BBB contacted this company regarding a pattern of complaint allegations wherein complainants have informed BBB that representatives of this company had contacted them about alleged old debts and threatened legal action if they don't pay. The company did not reply to BBB's request for steps the company may take to eliminate the basic cause of the pattern of complaints.

              These people call and threaten you with court if you don't make arrangements to pay right now over the phone. They have all of your information right down to your S.S. #!! They use scare tactics bad enough that I made a payment to them. Come to find out, I never did have that credit card way back when they said I did. Wish I would have asked an attorney about them sooner...they are scammers and will take everything they can scare out of you!! Sure hope someone shuts them down!!
