Hi there, I purchased 2 concert tickets for Sepultura scheduled for 4/22/20. This tour like many others was postponed due to the pandemic. No problem, I held onto the tickets for when they came back through. They are playing LA on 4/8/22 which is soon but there still was no date booked at this Ventura Theater venue. When contacting the venue about this I was denied a refund & he said that they already issued refunds for the show, yet I still have my tickets & no refund ($50, $25 ea.). I've been following the band / tour very closely so I don't miss out on the show or funds for the tickets. If the LA show already happened & the tour has already passed through I would understand denying a refund or credit. I would assume they'd accept any refunds etc. up until 4/8/22 when any said show would have taken place or booked. At bare minimum I'd expect maybe a voucher for another show at the venue but this was not offered.
