Ordered a bottle of **** by **********! On April 19 and have yet to receive any shipping info as of 6/4/24. I have reached out to ********************************************************** with no response. Vista Wine Spirits is scamming people. I lost $121.97.Initial Complaint

I ordered a bottle from the distiller/company site on March 31st and was automatically handed off to this business for local fulfillment/shipping. I received no order confirmation from them but my card was charged. After waiting multiple days, I found the companys info by looking at my credit card statement and called their customer service. I was then emailed an order confirmation showing my order was packed and provided with tracking information. I was told the order would ship the following day. After waiting for more days and seeing the tracking information continue to update to a later date for shipping, I called again and requested to cancel and receive a refund, as by then I had read multiple reviews by other customers who stated that they had been through similar nightmares and with the company. The customer service agent gave a vague answer as to when my refund would process and suggested I wait a week and call back if I saw no refund. This company is very fishy and has a track record of scamming customers. It is now April 13th, 2 weeks after I placed my order and 6 days after calling to cancel and I still have not been refunded. I want my card refunded or I will report the charges to the bank as fraudulent.Initial Complaint

I ordered cognac on 1/25/2024 from Vista Wine Spirits order number LEPORTIER13863. I contacted them and someone said it would go out in February with the next shipment. I never received the product. i requested a refund and no one has responded.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

on November 13, 2023 I ordered two bottles of ***************************** Prosecco wine. Today is January 2, **** and I have not received my merchandise as of yet. Vista wines in ********** is responsible for filling this order and GLS or GLO shipping is responsible for shipping this order. I have spoken to representatives from both of these companies and have not gotten a reasonable answer from either one. I paid a total of $69.24 including a $17.99 shipping fee.Initial Complaint

Purchase bottle on Shay **** from LePortier. Confirmation number LEPORTIER2779. WHne the bottle arrived it wasn't sealed correctly where it was leaking and the box got stained. I sent request on 8/25/22 advising them of the issue with no response. I contact the company again on 8/31/22. This time I got a response on 9/1/22 advise by a ****** someone will contact me to resolve the issue. I was then contacted by a ************************************************************ advise she will resolved the issues, They requested I send the bottle back for a replacement that they will send me a fedx label to send it. She referral another worker by the name of ****** to send me over the label information. Yet as of today I have not received such label to send the bottle back.*******************************
