I hired this electrician because I was concerned about a burn **** on my breaker box that I hadnt noticed before. I wasnt aware that the burn **** was already repaired because I wasnt told until after the guy (allegedly )fixed a bunch of wires that those other electricians did wrong. Initially we came to an agreement that he would come out for $125 an hour with a two hour minimum, so the first day he was here he was here for a couple of hours and I paid him when he asked which was $650, and he wasnt here the full six hours that he charge me, anyways he said that he would like to take a look at the electrical work that the remodelers did because he has seen work like that ( allegedly done wrong) done by remodelers before Im not an electrician, so I agreed now I am a mechanic so I know a little bit about wires as far as the messes they can make anyways, he gave me a quote for $250 and I agreed. The day before the appointment he called me and told me that he would be coming a little earlier that was OK with me and then he told me he would be sending one of his employees over instead of him didnt give me a reason I figured he didnt need one, but he didnt tell me that there would be two other people and that each person would also be making $125 an hour so he missed informed me on the rate that he was charging me so they ended up spending the next six hours checking everything and relabeling the breaker box because he switched some things up the first day. I understand one person and maybe a second but the third guy just walked around like he didnt know what he was doing but he still charge me 125 an hour for this guy and all he did was replace one outlet and cap a few wires, so the rate was 125 an hour with a two hour minimum. He said nothing about 125 an hour per person. Im under the impression that hes a scam artist and Id like my money back. They also made a mess inside the house and then clean up after themselves unprofessional
