My daughter received an infection from the piercings from Zebra which I am sure happens especially for 1st time piercings, but what is strange after my daughter's ear became they only recommended to clean the infected ear with different solutions and they n recommended n the SAME recommendation multiple times. Neither time did they inform her Mother, (Btw we are separated) that our daughter, should take them out due to seriousness of the infection. After months I decided to take my daughter to *********** because of the persistent infection, her Mother would not, the Dr upon seeing the infection recommended for the earrings to be removed immediately. When my daughter's Mother took our daughter to have them removed the following day the employee who helped them said the Dr's don't know anything about piercings and that my daughter and her Mother shouldn't listen to them and to not clean my daughter's ears with Hydrogen Peroxide, which I assume the Dr recommended likely because of how long my daughter had the infection and how persistent it had become. Well albeit it is likely true that this employee knows more about "piercings" than a Dr. he or she DOES NOT KNOW MORE ABOUT INFECTIONS THAN AN M.D. and to suggest it so FLIPPENTLY could be understood as NEGLIGENCE imo.Business response
