Two case documents are indexed with plainsite, small claims which are insignificant and damaging to public reputation. I requested removal, and they denied these requests (BIJIFYD, and BIIYB46) claiming that, among others, they were of 'issues of significant public interest.'These were small claims, and one of them is just a motion to remove, neither of which are or any importance to anybody except me, wanting my own information removed. Such information is no longer available by public search/search index except through plainsite, and can be damaging to my employment, which would become a loss of wages issue. The denial shows either a lack of coherent understanding of 'public interest', or they just didn't bother reviewing the removal request at all. Judging by the comments from people who have had issues with doxxing, harassment, etc, I would presume it would likely be the latter.

************** is a repeat litigant in federal court in the District of **************. The particular cases he refers to are not small claims cases (again, they are in federal court where there is no such thing); in one of them he demands $150,000. The cases are furthermore against banks, which means that the issues he raises are likely of public interest. We stand by our decision to deny ****************** requests, which is protected by the First Amendment.

I have attempted to contact Think Computer Corporation by visiting *********.org and submitting a message using the contact us form. Attached you will find an email confirmation I received from Think Computer Corporation, claiming that they will respond to me by 60 days maximum. It has been that long and I still haven't received a response, nor have I seen any action taken in regards to my removal request... I am asking that Think Computer Corporation please delete my name from their website completely. In particular, here is a specific URL containing my first and last name. It is being associated with a trademark I have no affiliation with: ************************************************* Again, please turn this URL into a 404 error or just simply delete my name from your website completely. P.S. In the future you should actually take the time to respond and attend to your submission requests instead of having everyone contact you through the BBB to get it done. It is not professional at all. Sincerely, **** *******

We have responded to Mr. *******'s request and intend to take no further action.

I *******contacted ** to request deindexing of a minor traffic-related court case from over 25 years ago: **************************************************************************************************************************************** The case was subsequently dismissed. I received a confirmation of receipt of my request (********* Tracking Code - *******) and an automated response that I should receive a response within 1-60 days. I sent a followup request email and I have not heard any response. I understand the importance of publicly available information, however ********* has recognized that some information is appropriate to keep private from search engine visibility. Specifically, on the ********* Privacy Policy it says: "When evaluating a given request, the following factors cause us to generally keep information hidden from search engines, and outweigh all of the above factors... "Car crashes. Lawsuits involving vehicles tend to involve medical information and cause embarrassment. Car crashes are sadly a fact of life for people of all backgrounds." I believe this small civil case from 25 years ago satisfies the ********* Privacy Policy and intent of the site and should be eligible for search engine suppression. The online visibility of this case has been damaging personally and professionally.
