      I tried to use Bounce for package acceptance; they lost an expensive delivery and won't make things right.USPS said my package was delivered, but Bounce never registered it. When I went to my Bounce address, the business said they'd never received it. Bounce customer support offered no help -- there's no insurance and no accountability. For all I know, Bounce lets their business partners steal packages. Complete failure to deliver on the service's core premise. The customer support doesn't reply. While we only paid $4 for package acceptance, they lost a $230 item. Consider using a competitor which offers an insurance policy, because Bounce failed to deliver on its service and won't make things right.       Thank you for sending this over. Please be advised that this customer did book a ********************** ************************* at one of our Bounce locations in ********. The customer sent a package but as the tracking number from USPS 9400111206210800604481 shows that the package was not delivered inside the store and was delivered in a mailbox. Please be advised that we send instructions to our customers that they need to add the name of the location so that the delivery carriers will deliver the package inside the store itself since it is a business delivery. Since the package was not delivered inside the store and was not received by any of the staff, the customer should file a claim against the delivery service carrier since they did not follow the instructions provided by the customer.

      We used Bounce on 7/13/23 in ********* **. We dropped our luggage off approx 12:35 pm at the Holiday in on *********. We returned to pick up our luggage at approx 7:30 pm the same day. This was the only time our carry on luggage left our sight. When we returned home and unpacked the next day we found our brand new Maui *** sun glasses were missing. I have contacted the company and provided all the details with receipts of times we were there and sun glasses receipt showing we just bought them last month. I was assured we would be contacted back after 2-3 days. We have not been contacted by the company(only if I initiate it) We would like compensation for these glasses.

      Purchased package pick up service with this company but was able to pick up package at a specific location and tried to reach out to company that I could get it forward to new address. They said at first to contact store(package pick up location). I called that store(*****************************) but that store said they cannot forward package. Bounce keeps mentioning to try other shipping companies to forward to a different address but the shipping service requires I need ************* labels which I do not have. This package was shipped by **** by an ebay seller and the shipping services require I would need to be there in person for the package pick up it appears. I found this company to be misleading when they said to contact the store to have this forward to a new address but the store said that they do not handle forward email. It is because of this I feel that the company is unprofessional and cannot assist me All I want is my package to re-shipped to my residential address in Texas or have the assistance to have it shipped. ********************** that is the tracking number for ****Package is currently at *************************************** It is a *****************************************************************

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/29) */ Bounce delivered the service the customer paid for - package acceptance. Their package has been delivered to the location they chose. The next step is for them to pick up their package. They reached out to us saying that they no longer have any means to pick up their package from the location they chose. We do not offer forwarding services. The customer was advised to contact the store as they can arrange with them. We also gave a list of courier suggestions they can use.
