I was charged on 12/12/23 for the open top litter box unit $454. They sent the unit out with fed ex. They did not send it to the correct address. They instead sent it to the billing address (*******************) and not the shipping address which is clearly started on the receipt they sent me. When it arrived the picture of the delivery was nothing but gravel, no package, no landmarks, JUST gravel. After dealing with ***** and them saying they cannot locate the package, I was told to contact the seller and get a settlement. I called Neakasa 1/8 at 2:45 pm and spoke with someone (this is the same person I have spoken to every single time I call like she is the only rep) and was told she is going to get with her supervisors (who are in ***** so a response will always be the next day). I received nothing so I called on the 10th at 3:40pm and was told they just needed to confirm the address (which was confirmed the first time, they record their calls) and they were going to call me tomorrow with the tracking number of the unit sent out. Once the 15th comes along, I have still heard nothing. I. Called them back, 3 times because nobody is answering. When she answers ** told she is just waiting on her supervisors to give the ok. At this point Im more than angry, no communication and clearly getting the run around here. Either Im being scammed or she isnt actually doing anything at all. I said to get it shipped tomorrow or I want my money back. This isnt a game for me and that was a gift for someone. I call back the next day and get the exact same story of needing supervisors. Now Im mad and elevating my voice. This is insane how horrible this company is and a miracle they are still in business. Called back Wednesday the 17th, 5 times to get an answer and demanded that my money be given back or Im writing the BBB and attorney general. Excuses yet again. I have two days hoping they would have a resolution. Called 4 times on the 19th and they will no longer answer.Initial Complaint

Hello. On December 9th, 2023, I ordered a MagicPaintitem through ******** from this link: ************************************************************************************************************************ with a total of $6.95, plus a free item. On the website, it said that within two days of my order, my item would ship. However, after placing the order, a message came up from the page, saying, "Thanks for entering the sweepstakes!" There was no order confirmation nor a tracking number provided. I tried to contact the store through two e-mails: ********************************** (on December 10th, 2023) and ****************** (December 9th, 2023). I never heard back from ********************************** but Filetakes responded multiple times asking for more information. I gave them part of my card number, e-mail, and a screenshot of my transaction as requested. I explained to them my situation with the info I just gave you. I also told them this: "There's no other information besides Make You Bling. I have attached a screenshot of neakasa store product page to show the exact price advertised and what I paid.This is the checkout link that shows you the the product I paid for:*************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** payment information ("I understand the terms and conditions, etc."), there is a terms and conditions link that takes me to FileTakes.com here:******************************************** still have not received no order confirmation, which leads me to believe I was scammed. So I would like a refund."With that being said, I have attached my transaction and the screenshot of neakasa store product page as proof.
