      I made a deposit of ******* thru my crefit card to **** of West Covina , for an order of a **** 450 back in November 28, 2022. Now order has been delivered and Im in process of financing but they are claiming they did not charge anything . And on my bank statements it shows it has been charged. **** even provided a receipt of charge.

      On Feb 18, around 530 pm, my wife and I drove a **** explorer at the dealership. It was getting late so we just drove it and proceeded to negotiate the price with a salesperson named ***. After a short negotiation, we agreed on a price of about $38000 and 0% interest for 72 months through **** financial. The paperwork was done in about 2 hours but we let them know we needed to leave early so we would pick up the car the next day. We signed all the documents required and agreed to pick up the car the next day at 9 am. On February 19th, it was a rainy day and we went to pick up the car. They mentioned they did a full inspection already but asked me to check the car for anything that might be visible. In the rain absolutely nothing was clear and I told ***, it's raining if anything is there, I could not see it. He said it's policy but they did an inspection inside before and after it was washed. Upon getting the keys, I drove the car to my home less than 2 miles away, then to my in-laws home. Took a drive to LA and once the rain subsided, we noticed several scratches on the hood going opposite ways and one dent on the hood. I messaged ***, let him know i needed to go back to show him and did exactly that. I showed him, his GM and another salesman and they all said that the dent was not there when they checked the car in the morning and it was not their fault. After I insisted I did not do anything in the 5 hours i had the car, they claimed they would take care of it once the rain stopped. My wife found a picture she took of it Feb 18 at 5:43pm and the dent was visible at the time. It's small but clear enough. They claimed they inspected the car and it was not their fault but clearly they didn't check the hood and attempted to blame us. I went back to get a loaner and get the car fixed on Feb 26th at 8 am and they seemed to not be ready or understood what I needed. I voiced my concerns and needs many times and all I'm told is "we'll take care of it".
