*On 4/23/22 , I personally went to Envision Toyota of West Covina Dealership (where I previously bought my 2015 MERCEDES-BENZ GLK 350 car on 6/11/21) to cancel these 2 contracts because this dealership sold me these 2 services: *Prepaid Maintenance Program for $1,600 dlls and *Powertrain Standard Vehicle Service for $2,995 dlls with FALSE INFORMATION, I was told by dealership finance department seller ***** ****** (on 6/11/21) that in case that I needed to use these 2 services, I would able to take my 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLK 350 to ANY Nationwide Toyota dealership for service, but I found out by calling to several Toyota Service Departments that was not true, because Toyota DOESN'T have qualify technician to work on any Mercedes-Benz and Toyota DOESN'T have any agreement with Mercedes-Benz for car repairs...so, it was just a lie these 2 services. So, after I found out this lie, I went personally to this dealership and canceled these 2 contract, the person who helped me was ***** ******/Finance Manager on 4/23/22 and I was told verbally by this Manager that I would get a FULL REFUND of $1,600.00 & $2,995.00 due I was sold these 2 services with false information and also because I never use these 2 services, BUT, I just found out by calling myself to these 2 warranty companies that Envision Toyota of West Covina Dealership/***** ****** NEVER, EVER sent my 2 cancellation requests to these 2 warranty companies and I had to send the cancellations myself to these 2 companies. *On 8/23/22, I filed an official complaint thru Toyota Motor Sales,USA, Inc and they contacted the dealership and this dealership called me for a "follow up" and nothing happened since then....I still have NOT received my 2 FULL REFUNDS thru my financial institution(Lender Mechanics Bank Auto Finance).Initial Complaint

I have a warranty ******* that was canceled THREE months ago (04/25), and still haven't received the refund from this dealership. The dealership is ghosting me. They never answer my phone and mail. When going there in person, they promised to call me back but never did. This is not okay and I will never recommend this dealership to people. What should I do now to get my money back?Business response
